Why has the Kodak moment not happened for digital insurance?
There are already great embedded insurance customers experiences live today, but the "Kodak moment" of digital insurance has not happened yet at scale.
The main reasons are the unique capabilities required to make digital insurance right in terms of having the right customer and insurance data, tech platform and tech capabilities, the appropriate business model as well as the key talent available. Ultimately, a combination of insurance expertise with deep tech capabilities will make the necessary transformation a reality.
