Priyanka Banerji-Bhatia Head HR iptiQ

Priyanka joined the organisation as the global Head of HR, iptiQ in December 2020. Since then she has been involved in defining the strategy for iptiQ and designing an effective People agenda to drive talent growth as well as drive the culture transformation for the organisation with her team. 

Priyanka believes people are the single biggest lever in fueling business growth. She has a proven track record in enabling transformation and scaling businesses through creative people practices and meaningful employee experiences. With more than 20 years’ experience in leading organisations, she has witnessed and contributed to their growth, demonstrating results in the areas of organisation effectiveness, culture, change, talent, inclusion, wellness, coaching and leadership effectiveness, with methods that have driven productivity and engagement. 

Prior to Swiss Re, she has advised start-ups, worked at Aviva leading HR for the Digital business as well as Aviva Commercial Insurance and at PayPal where she contributed to the enormous growth of the organisation in EMEA and setting up the global Wellness practice. 

In her roles as People leader, she has always been recognised for bringing a strong leadership voice to the table, while acting as a leadership coach who brings empathy, courage and candour to all interactions.
