His background is in Art School with a focus on digital graphic design which led to his first job, working for an email advertising agency.

He developed marketing skills which quickly expanded to the technology side where he started working in customer relationship management systems (CRMs) to help drive sales goals. Since 2012, he is working with a CRM system called Salesforce. Now, he has three certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Justin likes to spend his free time with his eight-year-old daughter, Althea and walking in the woods of New Hampshire. He is also a fishing champion, a macro photographer and enjoys everything with snow, e.g. snowboarding, or building snowmen.

Tell us a bit more about your working experience at iptiQ and your current team
I have worked in three teams: IT, Scrum Team, and the Marketing Department while employed at iptiQ. I have had exciting opportunities to work on many different types of projects based on a number of different communication technologies and languages, such as SQL, web, email, SMS and more. My colleagues have the desire to achieve our goals which makes it really fun. We are empowered to explore any path that will ultimately lead to achieving our goals. It feels great to know that our team is always trying to improve the status quo.
What is one of the recent achievements you have had?
Through coding and creative thinking, we created dynamic email templates where graphics and content changes based on the Distribution Partner. This has significantly reduced the number of emails we need to create in our communication. When you combine automatization and creative thinking, you can save a lot of time and make a much bigger impact.
What do you enjoy the most about your work here?
It feels amazing to produce work that directly impacts the policy holder. Oh, and the learning possibilities are endless. We get to join various events, focused on self-development or work culture. I have also learned a ton about life insurance and what it takes to obtain a policy. On top of that, I learn new things almost daily because we are constantly trying to maximize the effectiveness of the tools in which we have invested.
