Mahrukh Zaidi

Mahrukh has a dual major graduating in both Political Science and Health Sciences and a master's degree in Health Care Administration. She had been an administrative fellow at a hospital and then shifted towards being a Program Manager at United Healthcare, all before joining iptiQ. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, trying out new restaurants, and travelling as much as possible.

How would you describe your team and the way you work?

Our Onboarding and Delivery team is the first to engage with a partner and get them familiar with our products and platform once Business Development completes the handoff. With this, we ensure our partners have the most delightful onboarding experience as they begin using our platform and selling our products. The culture of our team is very open, transparent and we are working harmoniously to deliver exceptional results for the organization and keep our partners satisfied. We are encouraged to think of creative ways to help ensure the success of our products and to continuously improve our processes. It is a lot of fun being able to interact with our different distribution partners and cultivate meaningful relationships. 

Can you give us an example of an achievement your team have had?

We implemented a Trello board which has been impactful in ensuring that not just our team but also our stakeholders are always aware of our upcoming and completed projects. Being here for over two years, from where we once were to the amount of change and growth this company has had is amazing to see. I am most proud of my colleagues working hard every day to help iptiQ succeed.

There have been a few times we have gotten the opportunity to work and interact with other iptiQ offices worldwide. We have also shared some of our lessons learned and onboarding process with them. It is encouraging to have global collaboration with your colleagues who are on the other side of the world.
